What documents do I need to enter Mexico?
A passport is required, preferably. If you do not have a passport, an official photo identification will suffice, and you will need to pay a country access tax of 20 USD; this will also assist you upon your return to the United States.

Do the places have non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes. In all locations, you can find water and soft drinks, and in some places, there are non-alcoholic cocktails or carbonated beverages.

Can I pay with a credit card at the wineries we will visit?
Yes. At all the wineries, you can pay with credit card, debit card, and/or cash. Mexico doesn't have Venmo, but PayPal is an application that can help with payments.

Should I leave a tip?
Gratuities are not included in any of the tours, neither for the people serving you at the winery nor for those transporting you throughout the day. In Mexico, it is customary to leave between 10% and 20%, where 20% represents very good service from those attending to you.

What is the time to cross the border on our return?
The crossing time is not certain as it depends on various factors like the day and time of crossing, but you can consider an estimated time between 30 and 90 minutes.

How many bottles of wine can I bring with me?
The equivalent of 1 liter per person. This means a 750 ml bottle per person to be in a "safe zone," although there is the possibility of crossing with a larger quantity of wine; the only mandatory requirement is to declare it at the border.

Do they ship wines to the United States?
Only some wineries offer shipping to the United States, so we recommend taking the opportunity to bring a bottle with you if you find one you like.

What is the dress code for Valle de Guadalupe?
Valle de Guadalupe is full of wonderful and unique places where you can take photos for your social media. While there is no strict dress code, we advise wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes as it is an area with a lot of dirt. Also, wear comfortable and light clothing, and be sure to bring a non-bulky jacket with you, as the temperature tends to cool down in the late evening.

I have dietary restrictions; are there suitable places for me?
Don't worry. If you have a specific diet or there are ingredients you cannot eat, each of the restaurants has various dish options that can be adapted to your needs.

Can I travel with pets?
Yes, of course. For this option, there will be an extra charge of $1,000.00 pesos per pet, and it must be covered when booking (each pet takes up the space of an adult on the tour). This way, the tour service automatically becomes private, providing you with greater comfort in all transfers.
