All itineraries, wineries, restaurants, routes, schedules, and experiences are subject to availability and may be modified when necessary due to weather, road conditions, supplier availability, safety concerns, or operational requirements.


3. Bookings and Payments

A reservation is not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received and accepted by Wine in Mexico Tours.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking and may not include taxes, gratuities, optional purchases, or additional services unless specifically stated.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations, refunds, credits, and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


5. Transportation Services

Guests must arrive at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.

Wine in Mexico Tours is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Border crossing wait times

  • Customs or immigration inspections

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Guest lateness

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

For safety reasons, drivers may refuse transportation to any guest whose behavior is considered unsafe, abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or illegal.


6. Winery and Restaurant Reservations

Wine in Mexico Tours may assist guests in securing reservations with wineries, restaurants, hotels, and other third-party businesses.

We do not own, operate, or control these businesses and are not responsible for:

  • Service quality

  • Reservation availability

  • Pricing changes

  • Menu changes

  • Tasting availability

  • Business closures

  • Cancellation policies imposed by third parties

Any agreements made between guests and third-party businesses remain solely between those parties.


7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tours and travel activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle transportation

  • Walking on uneven terrain

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Outdoor activities

  • Weather-related conditions

  • Interactions with third-party businesses

By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.

Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and complying with all local laws.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wine in Mexico Tours, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, drivers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Participation in any tour or service

  • Transportation delays

  • Missed reservations

  • Property loss or damage

  • Personal injury

  • Third-party actions or omissions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


9. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Wine in Mexico Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles, wineries, restaurants, hotels, or any other location visited during a tour.


10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, itineraries, and branding, is the property of Wine in Mexico Tours unless otherwise noted.
